In front of a campfire, yes. Fireplace, no. I like Syrah / Shiraz.

Do you finish a bottle of wine, or does it go bad before you get the chance? I never finish one on my own, even if its just a glass a day, reds are no good about two days after opeining and a bottle carries four glasses.
 
I hate to waste good wine, so we finish it...You can get really good wine in boxes now...so there is no waste. We have been enjoying several Australian Shirazes. Quite good.


What is your favorite vodka? (Mine is currently Absolut Pears.)
