The next person.....just looks like they shop at a thrift store but pays full price :o

False-I actually do shop at thrift stores sometimes (I try not to look like it though!):)

The next person has second-hand furniture

True....and I love it! Doesn't ebay count as 'thrift store' too?

What do you not understand? I have 'used' furniture (or antiques). If you purchase from ebay, usually you are buying things with a history....used...so wouldn't that be classified as a 'thrift store'? Meaning, items with a prior history????

The prior question asked, who purchases full price retail but LOOKS like they shopped in a thrift store...meaning 'looks second hand' or what one would expect a second hand item to appear as....

Hence! It's all in presentation.....
{BD you been knocking back any? :hmm: }

BTW...you never answered the 'pass-along-clothing' question neither....:hmm: For the 'knocked-back' challenged...do you accept or pass along children's clothing that have been outgrown?

To answer your question....False...I understood my question.....

The next person thinks Big Daddy is trying to match wits with Preco...:hmm:??

True- and I did understand your answer and question Preco:)

The next person ate cereal this morning

False -- sausage, two eggs, two slices of toast, hash browns, milk and grape juice

TNP didn't want to get up this morning

True. Like every morning.

TNP can't wait for lunch!

{With regard to preco's comment above, I guess I didn't fully read/comprehend the prior posts. :o I'd never try to match wits with the Shoe Goddess. I know better. :rolleyes: In answer to your question, Sophie rarely exchanged/borrowed clothes except for a few stylish friend exceptions since she was the first and the boss LOVED Denny's (a crazy high end children's clothes store on Lawnguyland and NJ). Charlotte got all Sophie's hand me downs (since they were all in perfect condition) and we give whatever Charzilla doesn't detroy to our neighbor that has two girls. Then since Owen can't wear most of his sisters clothes :eek: besides white onesies and some non-pink and non-flowery PJs, he gets some clothes from one of our neighbors who has 3 boys}.
