False, false, false. Whats the point? I give flowers relatively frequently and say, "I love you," to my females daily (If I do indeed love them, that is). Feb 14 is just another day as far as that's concerned. But for my mom I do always get her a flowery, blooming plant like a hyacinth or something for her desk.

Especially since I was in the restaurant biz for so long.. Valentine's Day is a holy terror in a kitchen of a nice restaurant, second only to Mother's Day.
