Yes- we have one tomorrow, but I'm not going this time because we've got about 10 other things we were invited to- I usually go though

almost all are close on my dad's side, but my mom's side is more spread out

Right now I have a cousin in LA (CA) other than that, mostly East coast from FL to MA, concentrated in NY, NJ & MD.

My sister lives like 2 minutes away, my brother 3 minutes, and my parents 10 minutes- we're a little too close sometimes

Yes, even the extended family....although we don't always speak often, we are very close. Some of my cousins are more like brothers and sisters. My cousins' children are considered 'close cousins' with my kids.

Can you count on your family? Like call them up out of the blue and it will be done?

:hmm: 3 out of 4 of my Mom's sisters. They weren't very nice to her in life and treated her worse in death....I have no use for them.

My Aunt and then my Dad, they're in their mid-late 70's....

No....mostly the youngest...I have a 'late in life' younger brother.
