Free Subscription to Jane Magazine

So far, I've registered for 4 years to Blender, Maxim, Shape, and others.... not to mention the 'Jane' magazine... And to think my other freebies were expiring in 2011. Hopefully this will extend them out!

I created an account just to warn you guys..

magsforless.com is not a legitimate company. Just check them out on the better business bureau, or on epinions.com. I understand that these are free magazines, but even free, I don't trust them, nor should you. I paid for 3 magazines back in November, and to this day, I have yet to receive anything. And worst of all, they make sure that you can't go get your money back from your credit card company by telling you to expect your magazines 90 days from when you paid, giving you no recourse with your credit card company since most file disputes for you only up to 60 days of purchase.

Please, for your sake, stay away from them. I am receiving emails from people who are wanting to join with me and go against this scam of a company because they too were scammed.

spoofee, please, do your fans a favor and don't post anything for magsforless!

Just to point out that MagsForLess is a notorious rip-off, and it is unlikely you will ever get any of the magazines you pay for using their 'coupons' and deals. It will, at a minimum, take a call or three to the magazine publisher themselves, but in most cases all you will ever get is the same old emails from Magsforless ("Golly Gee, sorry it's been __ months. We're putting your subscription on high priority"). They assume you'll eventually forget (or get tired of bird-dogging them).

They are so notorious that most credit card companies will refund your purchase price with a single phone call ("Oh yeah - Magsforless" they say). Has been 2 different times for me (separate deals and mags) and check other sites for plenty of negative feedback.

There are many reputable subscription services on the web, but MagForLess sure isn't one of them.
 
So what if they don't send it? It takes a couple minutes to sign up, you don't give out any credit card info and you send them your disposable email address and what's the worst that can happen? Your home address gets on a junk mail list? Big deal.

You can still go to the site and pick a magazine, enter "1free" as a discount code.
 
"This product is currently unavailable"

Oh, well.
