(Expired) Panda Express - Free SweetFire Chicken Today Only

Tried it, seems like a little spicier Orange Chicken (or should I say chicken nugget) without the o.c. sauce...

Not bad, but Mandarin and Orange chickens are [still] higher in my preference.

Panda Express is really awful Chinese food. I wouldn't eat there even if it was free. I don't understand why so many people go there.
It's like you don't see Mexicans crowding to Taco Bell. And you don't see Chinese people going to Panda Express. There's a reason for that!

au contraire, I have seen plenty of Mexicans eating at Taco Bell.

Panda Express' target isn't Chinese, it is for western people who like to eat Chinese food with a little American style. In Chinese's standard, PE's food is weird, and down right suck.
 
Yeah...it was just OK. I can't really say I would go back if they weren't offering something for free.

You can't really think of it as real Chinese food, or Taco Bell as real Mexican food, :ack: But there are still some tasty items at both, at least if it's late and you're tired and hungry, :loving: . I just swung by and tried the SweetFire Chicken. I liked it, a lot like their orange chicken but a bit more spicey and crunchy, like their Beijing Beef which I also like. Thanks for the tip OP.
 
Where's the Chicken?!?!?

All I found was crispy crispettes! There was no chicken it those ... those... clusters!

I'm serious.

I'm not a fan of Panda Express and I'm sure this free giveaway probably cost them a small chunk but perhaps more research and development would have spared them this embarrassement.

I say - Thumbs Down.
